Geelong has grown substantially over the past several years and there is now a pretty awesome selection of cafes, restaurants, wine bars and rooftop bars to enjoy breakfast, a drink with a view or long dinner with friends and family.

The Geelong Waterfront

One of the best places to go if you are chasing water views, the waterfront has lots of popular places to eat for breakfast lunch and dinner. Check out the new rooftop bar at Sailors Rest for elevated views across the bay.

Little Malop Street is Geelong’s first foodie laneway and home to the amazing prohibition-themed bar ’18th Amendment’ which has award-winning bar tenders and extreme cocktails on offer. A little further out from the CBD is the rooftop bar at Irish Murpheys and in the opposite direction the popular Little Creatures Brewery.

For breakfast amongst a tranquil lush courtyard check out Cafe Go.
